Ready to take on social and legal responsibilities in a transforming organization?

Contexte & Missions

Founded in 2003, Orisha is a European software publisher primarily serving businesses in the retail, real estate, healthcare, construction, and agrifood sectors.

Since its creation, Orisha has been guiding businesses toward success by providing industry-specific solutions that are essential to their operations. The company generates over €300 million in revenue and employs more than 2,300 people.

Orisha Commerce, a brand of Orisha, develops reliable, all-in-one SaaS solutions for retail businesses across sectors such as fashion, luxury, beauty, sports, home, furniture, and DIY.

Responsibilities:

You will lead the HR department for Orisha Commerce in France, overseeing all social, legal, and organizational matters across multiple entities. This is a strategic and operational role, where you will align HR policies with business goals while ensuring strict compliance with the legal framework, effective management of employee representative bodies, and successful delivery of transformation projects.

Your main mission:

To lead merger processes, drive social convergence, and manage social dialogue projects in France,  working closely with Executive Directors, employee representatives, and the European HR department.

 1. Social Relations & Legal Compliance
  • Oversee social relations across France: preparation and facilitation of works councils, elections, negotiations, and collective agreements.
  • Manage sensitive matters such as disciplinary issues, incapacity, and litigation (in coordination with the Group's legal team).

  • Conduct social audits and implement associated action plans.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal, social, and contractual obligations across all entities.

 2. Change Management & Post-Merger Harmonisation
  • Lead HR integration, harmonisation, and merger-related projects.
  • Support managers through structural changes and organisational transformations.
  • Anticipate and manage the social and human impacts of ongoing change.
 3. HR Administration & Operations
  • Supervise payroll (managed locally), social security contributions, and all legal obligations.
  • Track and analyse key HR indicators for France.
4. HR Development & Talent Management
  • Implement Group processes for performance reviews, succession planning, talent mobility, and development.
  • Support managers with day-to-day HR challenges, including skills development, career progression, and employee relations.
5. Employer Branding & Recruitment
  • Enhance HR visibility for Orisha Commerce France, in coordination with the Group HR Communications team.
  • Contribute to defining and promoting our employer brand in the market.
 6. CSR & Corporate Culture
  • Actively support the Group's CSR strategy and initiatives.
  • Promote a culture rooted in responsibility, fairness, and inclusion.
Your Team & Stakeholders?
  • Milena, your direct manager, HR Director for the BU Commerce, Europe.
  • A five-person HR team in France.
  • Operational leaders across each entity and the Group’s legal advisors.
  • Employee representatives, with whom you will build transparent and constructive relationships.

Et si c'était vous ?

What we are looking for :

  • Solid experience in HR roles with a strong focus on social and legal matters.

  • Expert knowledge of French labor law and collective labor relations (CSE, NAO, negotiations).

  • Hands-on experience with HR integration, merger, or harmonization projects.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive change confidently and assertively.

  • Fluency in English is essential.

What we offer :

  • A multicultural environment where you’ll navigate both local and European HR contexts.

  • A central role in transformation, you’ll be driving change, not just implementing decisions made elsewhere.

  • The opportunity to work across multiple legal entities, each with its own history, culture, and agreements, and help bring them together cohesively.

  • Access to established Group HR tools and frameworks, allowing you to focus on adapting and optimising rather than starting from scratch.

This Role Might Not Be the Right Fit If…

  • You’re uncomfortable navigating social relations or legal HR matters.

  • You prefer working in highly structured environments with limited autonomy or flexibility.

  • You haven’t yet been involved in hands-on HR transformation projects (such as mergers, reorganizations, or harmonization efforts).

Our Recruitment Process:

  • Initial phone screening with Clara or Séréna, a short conversation in French.

  • Video interview with Julie and Milena,  conducted in English.

  • In-person interview in Paris with Jessica, also in English.

We’ve chosen to personalise every step of the process to truly reflect your profile.
We’re not robots (promise!), so yes, we adapt, experiment, and sometimes things aren't perfect... but everything is done with transparency, flexibility, and a human touch.
