Product Marketing Manager - H/F

At Orisha Commerce, we are structuring our Product Marketing function to propel our flagship SaaS solution : Openbravo.
Reporting to the Marketing Department, your role is crucial: transforming sharp technical expertise into a powerful and unified value proposition. You will work in a resolutely international environment (focusing on France and Southern Europe) to align our messaging and boost our commercial performance.
Your missions :
Market Intelligence: You analyze the competition and Retail trends to refine our strategic positioning.
Messaging & Positioning: You translate the technical roadmap into effective storytelling. You create differentiating messages for each market segment.
Go-To-Market Strategy: You lead the launch of new modules and features (specifically focusing on e-commerce and unified commerce challenges).
Sales Enablement: You design sales support tools (decks, demos, product sheets) and train sales teams on the product pitch.
Performance Analysis: You track product adoption and marketing ROI to continuously adjust the strategy.

Who are you?
SaaS Specialist: You have at least 3 years of exclusive experience as a PMM in the SaaS world (ideally in retail or e-commerce).
International Profile: You are fluent in both written and spoken French and English. Working across diverse markets (France, Spain, Southern Europe) is second nature to you.
Synthesis Mindset: You possess excellent writing and synthesis skills to simplify complex subjects.
Data-Driven: You are proficient in performance analysis tools and, ideally, Salesforce, Notion, and Jira.
Based in Barcelona: You want to join our dynamic hub in Spain.
➡️ This position is a permanent contract based in Barcelona (Spain).
➡️ Salary : between €45-50K.
Recruitment Process:
Initial phone screening with the Talent Acquisition team.
Interview with your future manager to dive deeper into your skills.
Practical test or case study to validate your PMM vision.
Final meeting with key stakeholders (Product/Sales).
