Customer Success Manager (E-commerce & SaaS)

As part of our international expansion within the Orisha Group, our dedicated team of 9 experts (Onboarding, Support, CSM) based in Zwolle is looking for its next talent to nurture and grow our client portfolio.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work in close collaboration with our Manager, as well as the Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Your missions :
Maximize Client Retention and Satisfaction : you manage and retain a portfolio averaging 100 clients (ranging from SMB to Low Enterprise segments). Acting as a strategic advisor, you conduct regular business reviews to maximize platform adoption and guarantee a strong ROI for your customers.
Drive Commercial Growth : equipped with a true sales-driven and "hunter" mindset, you proactively identify and secure upsell opportunities (leveraging our modular platform solutions) within your accounts. You contribute directly to ARR growth and manage commercial renewal conversations.
Provide E-commerce Consultancy Expertise : you analyze webshop performance, data, and KPIs to advise e-commerce managers on their merchandising strategies, internal search experiences, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Streamline Internal Feedback Loops : you work closely with the Onboarding team to ensure successful client rollouts, and you act as the voice of the customer by sharing market insights and feedback with our Product teams.
Mitigate Churn for At-Risk Accounts : serving as the go-to problem solver for unsatisfied accounts, you quickly identify risks and deploy effective action plans to turn challenging situations into retention successes.

Who are you ?
Experienced in SaaS and E-commerce : you bring 3+ years of experience in a similar role (CSM, Account Management, or E-commerce Consultancy).
Analytical and Business-Driven : you speak the language of digital commerce (conversion, merchandising, tech stacks) and possess a strong ROI-focused mindset to chase your farming and upsell targets.
Strict Language Requirements : professional fluency in both Dutch and English is imperative for daily operations. Proficiency in French is a valuable asset.
Team Player and Agile : you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, love building from scratch, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to align and influence multiple stakeholders.

➡️ Compensation : between €50k and €70K gross yearly depending on your experience and expertise.
➡️ This position is a permanent contract based in Zwolle (Netherlands) and we are open to part-time options (working hours and schedule to be discussed) .
➡️ Hybrid Policy : a presence at the office is required for 60% of the working time (with 40% remote work).
